Apps not locking or unlocking correctly? Open Dopi - it re-checks and repairs protection every time it comes to the foreground. You can also run the reconcile action from Settings. Dopi is designed to fail closed: if state is ever uncertain, it keeps your apps protected rather than accidentally unlocked.
Camera challenge won't count reps? Get your full body in frame (the placement guide turns green when tracking works), improve the lighting, keep the phone stable at knee-to-hip height, and make sure only one person is visible.
Dopi Plus not showing after purchase? Open Dopi → Settings → membership and tap Restore Purchases, and confirm you're signed in to the Apple Account that made the purchase. Still not right? Use the form - pick Billing & Dopi Plus and we'll sort it out.
Watch out of sync? Check Settings → Apple Watch in Dopi for connectivity status, and open Dopi on your iPhone once so it can publish fresh status to the Watch.
